Married but lonely?

This week I posted this quote on Instagram.

I don’t know if there is a sadder feeling than being in a relationship with someone and still feeling utterly alone.
– Silvy Khoucasian

This was my life I was married but felt alone.

I didn’t really confide in anyone. I just spent my days wishing something would rescue me from my current life.

I didn’t want to be bothered by anyone.

I was in a constant state of irritation.

I would lash out at anyone in my path.

I would get mad at the kids for being kids. Then I would feel guilty because it wasn’t their fault that I was alone and unhappy.

I was on an emotional roller coaster. Most days were bad but there were some days that were worse. Days when I didn’t want to get out of bed.  I would lie there dreading my day and interactions.  Dreading what my life had become.

I did things to pass the time: sleep, eat, and drink, etc.  These things made me feel better momentarily.

I felt like he didn’t understand me.

Like he didn’t care about my needs or desires.

In my mind I wasn’t a priority to him.  If I was a priority he would at least try to make me happy.

I was always attacking him because I felt my needs weren’t being met.

I felt as if I was literally going insane.  Some days I thought I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown.  My mind was always racing and I could’t find a silver lining in the clouds.

Everyone wanted something from me but I wasn’t mentally equipped to give them what they needed.

I got help and became a better version.  My intent was not to save my marriage but to become a better mother and to learn to love me more.

Something miraculous happened and  it changed my marriage.  It changed the way I felt about my husband. I was able to find happiness.

We were able to rebound.

We were able to make it through.

We were able to fall back in love again.

You can continue to stay stuck and unhappy or you can decide you will do whatever it takes to become your best version.

You will not make excuses..  You will stop the never-ending pity parties.

You will become better at any cost because you deserve it. You deserve everything you want in life.

If you’re feeling alone I can help you!

Unfortunately, I can’t guarantee I can help you save your marriage but I can guarantee if you’re willing to work I can help you become your best version.

I can help guide you to peace and happiness.

Are you willing to take a chance on you? My track record of success is proven.
